Baby Food Recipe

The healthiest food for babies is breast milk. However, when the baby had begun to age five months, the baby can eat foods other than breast milk. However, even so, nutritional content and how to cook it too must be considered, because if it is wrong in cooking baby food then it would be bad for digestion baby.

I will share some baby food recipes for those of you who have babies, and for those of you who were awaiting the birth of your baby. Here is the recipe and how to cook food for babies aged 4 months or older

  • Plain rice porridge

3 tablespoons cooked rice that has added enough water, boiled until the rice porridge is smooth and slightly thickened (about 15 minutes).   • Porridge plain bread

  • Porridge Plain macaroni

Boil macaroni until tender with half hot water, then enter30 cc of formula milk, boil until soft.

  • Plain Potato Puree

Boil 1/3 medium-size potatoes until semi soft with hot water then enter the 30 cc of formula milk, boil until soft

  • Porridge cornflakes

Boil until half 2-3 tablespoons soft cornflakes with hot water, then enter 30 cc of formula, boil until soft.

  • Porridge havermooth

Boil 2-3 tablespoons soft havermooth half with hot water, then enter the 30 cc of formula milk,  boil until soft.

  • Maize porridge

Scrape seeds of corn stew with hot water until soft, then mix with 30 cc of formula milk, boil and boil until soft (or blender after being cooked). After it was filtered to eliminate skin
