Banana Bread Recipe
Banana bread to be the right choice as your dessert. It was a sweet and gentle make your tongue relax bus after struggling with a fairly heavy lunch. This banana bread recipe is also suitable as a snack when you’re relaxing with family at home or at a picnic. The recipe was simple and very easy to cook. Here is a recipe banana bread and how to cook it.
Ingredients:
- 250 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 125 grams of butter/margarine
- 110 grams of brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten off
- 450-500 grams of ripe bananas, mashed
- Preheat oven to 175° C. Brush the loaf pan with butter, set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix and sieve the flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.
- Beat butter and brown sugar until smooth, then enter the egg and mashed banana, mix well. Pour the flour mixture and stir well. No need to stir it too long, just until all ingredients have blended.
- Pour batter into loaf pan that has been smeared butter.
- Bake for 60 minutes until cooked. Make a puncture test to determine the maturity of cake, that is if the center of the cake was stabbed by a stick, there is no remaining batter attached.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes then remove from the pan, place on a wire rack.
Cut into pieces before serving
