Ingredients:

  • Liquid cream 250ml (35%)
  • 250 ml. milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 6 neutral gelatin sheets
  • 100 grams of sugar

Method:

  1. We put the gelatin sheets to hydrate in water cold.
  2. Pour the cream, milk and sugar in a saucepan and heat. When it boils, add bananas in finite slices and remove from fire. We remove a few minutes the mixture.
  3. Leave the mixture to temple. It is then when we add the gelatin and move with the help of a wooden spoon until all the ingredients are mixed. If necessary we can beat.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mould or moulds of ration and let cool to then introduce in the fridge about 6 hours so the jelly setting.
