Beef Steak Pepper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces @ 200 grams beef sirloin
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 30 grams onion, chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper grains, crushed.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Method:

  1. Smear each piece of meat with pepper and oil.
  2. Heat the butter in a heavy based frying to pan until melted.
  3. Cook each piece of meat until browned on both sides and cooked according to taste. Lift.
  4. Sauce: Heat butter until melted. Saute onion until wilted.
  5. Sprinkle flour and stir well.
  6. Pour the milk, stirring until boiling.
  7. Give pepper and salt. Stir until thick.
  8. Give cream, stir well.
  9. Serve steak with sauce and vegetables setup.
