Broccoli Cheese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 20 grams butter/margarine

  • 50 grams cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 250 grams of broccoli, separate

Method :

  1. Soak the broccoli in water was mixed with a little salt, drain.
  2. Boil broccoli until half cooked, drain, then arrange in a heat proof dish that has been smeared with a little margarine, set aside.
  3. Heat the margarine, then enter the onion, saute until fragrant.
  4. Add flour, stir well, cook until golden, then enter a little of liquid milk, stirring frequently, until the flat, cook until boiling.
  5. Enter the egg yolks, stir well, then add salt, pepper, nutmeg powder, and cheese, stir well, cook until done, remove from heat.
  6. Pour cheese sauce over broccoli, then sprinkle with grated cheese to taste, bake in the oven (150° C , 20 minutes) until cooked and dry.
