Brunswick Stew Recipes
Brunswick stew is often served during family meetings, in early autumn. It’s a great, rich and successful. Perfect for when the leaves begin to change the colors, or in a snowy day. This particular recipe is enough for approximately six to eight people, which is served with the dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb.5 ground pork
- 1 pound ground beef stew 5.
- Two pounds of chicken. Well, you can use meat or white or black or a mixture of these two works. By choosing to use the chicken skin and bones in contact. Skin and bones is a nice additional flavor to the recipe. On the other hand, if health is a matter of interest, boneless and Skinless, boneless chicken breasts work well.
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes. If you use canned tomatoes, make sure that you do not use without salt canned tomatoes, salt added or deleted from the list of ingredients.
- 1 cup or cool or drained COB corn grain
- 0.5 liter of shell of butter beans (beans will work in a pinch)
- Fresh frozen okra or 1 lb
- 1 Peeled and cut into slices of yellow onion into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- To cover the ingredients in a pot of water
- Six medium-sized, white or yellow skin and same potatoes cut into pieces
Method:
- Place the beef, pork and chicken in a huge pot and then enough water to cover the upper part of the ingredients. Bring stew to a boil and reduce heat burner and let the stew simmer about 1.5 hours or until the meat is soft.

- Put all the ingredients in stock pot and add water until the water barely covers the ingredients. Return to the stew boil mixture and then leave the fire slowly until potatoes are soft when it pierced with a fork or knife. Now, pork, chicken and meat should be so tender you can eat with a spoon. Put salt and pepper, to taste of stew and then serve hot.
