Cheese Brownie Recipe

Cheese brownie is a suitable food eaten while relaxing with family and also when the big day of celebration. Sweet taste, that makes the cheese brownie cake which shall be available to every family. This recipe is a mixture of dough mixed with chocolate and cheese alternately in a baking pan. Here is how to cook cheese brownie.

Chocolate dough ingredients:

  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 grams of good-quality cocoa powder
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • Half teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Sifted ingredients:

  • 75 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cheese dough ingredients:

  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, stir until smooth
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 4 tablespoons flour

Method:

  1. Prepare a square baking to pan 20x20x4 cm. Polish margarine and sprinkle a little flour.
  2. Dough Chocolate: Mix butter and cocoa powder.
  3. Cook over low heat until melted. Lift.
  4. Add the sugar and vanilla, mix well.
  5. Add the eggs, mix well.
  6. Enter flour mixture and stir well. Set aside.
  7. Cheese Dough: Whisk the cream cheese until smooth.
  8. Add the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla with a beat well.
  9. Add the flour and stir well.
  10. Put a spoon full of chocolate batter in the bottom of the pan. Place on side 1 tablespoon cheese mixture. Work alternately until the dough out and pan covered with batter.
  11. With a knife or fork to make zigzag movements on the dough and to form a marble pattern.
  12. Bake in hot oven 180° C sub 45 minutes until cake is cooked.
  13. Remove and let cool. Cut into pieces and serve.
