Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded, chopped.
  • 30 cm celery, thinly sliced

  • 8 slices french bread
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Celery slices for topping

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C
  2. Combine the tomatoes, celery, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well
  3. Rub one surface of the bread with olive oil, give a little sprinkling of garlic. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 3-5 minutes until browned and dry. Lift
  5. Give each piece of bread with tomato mixture. Sprinkle on top with slices of celery.
  6. Serve immediately in warm
