Cheese Cassava Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of cassava
  • Cheddar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 liter of water
  • Cooking oil
  • Flavor
  • Sweetened condensed milk

Method:

  1. Peel the cassava, cut crosswise into pieces, wash and drain.
  2. Dissolve salt in water in a sunken container.
  3. Fried cassava until cooked but still pale, raise, directly enter into the salt water solution, allow 5 minutes.
  4. When cassava was blooming, remove from the brine, fried again until golden brown.
  5. While still warm, sprinkle with sweetened condensed milk, flavor, and grated cheddar cheese.
