Chicken Cordon Bleu RecipesLike many families, the chicken is a staple for dinner for my family. But draws, right? There are only so many ways to cook a chicken, especially if you normally use the boneless variety, without skin. Several years ago, we found these really tasty meals in a plastic bag. They are used only chicken dishes. Our favorite is the cordon bleu of chicken. Unfortunately, the list of ingredients, the fat and calories in these small amounts do not become my standards of nutrition. My server of this dish is very quick and easy; ideal for a night dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 4 small chicken breasts (total 1 lb)
  • 8 finely cut slices of Deli Ham
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa cream cheese

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Each in a dish of chicken breast, cover with a sheet of paper film and the pound sterling for nearly a quarter-inch thick.
  2. Cut each breast in two. Difundir.5 TSP cheese cream on each piece of chicken.
  3. Place a slice of Ham with cream cheese. Each piece of chicken roll and place seam side down on a sheet cooking spray with cooking spray.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
