Chicken Fried Rice RecipesIngredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Cut 1/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 Cup chopped pepper red, seeded
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • Red pepper flakes 1/4 TSP crushed
  • 6 tablespoons liquid egg substitute
  • 3 cups cooked long-grain rice
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • Lite soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Method:

  1. Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large anti-adhesive
  2. Frying pan or wok. Add green onions, celery, peppers, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes and saute until tender crisp (about 5 minutes).
  3. Pour into a substitute of eggs; Cook, stirring sometimes to mix (3 sets), (Minutes). Incorporating rice, chicken, soy sauce and Sugar; Cook until this that completely heated.
