Chicken Fried Rice Recipes
- 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Cut 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 Cup chopped pepper red, seeded
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
- Red pepper flakes 1/4 TSP crushed
- 6 tablespoons liquid egg substitute
- 3 cups cooked long-grain rice
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- Lite soy sauce 2 tbsp
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Method:
- Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large anti-adhesive
- Frying pan or wok. Add green onions, celery, peppers, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes and saute until tender crisp (about 5 minutes).
- Pour into a substitute of eggs; Cook, stirring sometimes to mix (3 sets), (Minutes). Incorporating rice, chicken, soy sauce and Sugar; Cook until this that completely heated.
Serve warm.
