Ingredients :

  • 8 sheets of lettuce (+50 g), washed, sliced
  • 150 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 piece of cucumber (+100 g), sliced
  • 1 tomato medium size, split to 8 parts
  • 25 grams walnuts, divided into 2-4 sections
  • 1 piece of chicken breast grilled or fried (+200 g), cut into lengthwise
  • Parsley leaves for sprinkling to taste

Sauce Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 5 tablespoons sour cream
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Method :

  1. Mix together all ingredients in salad bowl.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and mustards sauce, add the mango chutney and sour cream, put pepper and salt, mix well. Serve salad with dressing separately.
