Chili Crab Recipe

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Clean the crabs, soak 10 minutes with salt water to dissolve dirt. Cut the crab into pieces.
  2. Toss crab with lemon juice and cooking wine. Let stand in refrigerator for 10 minutes, drain.
  3. Heat oil, fry the crab until half cooked, remove and drain.
  4. Heat remaining 3 tablespoons oil to fry. Saute garlic and ginger over low heat until fragrant
  5. Enter the tomato, chili sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sauce England, sesame oil, and fish sauce. Stir over high heat until fragrant.
