Chinese Steak Recipe
For you fans of Chinese cuisine, there’s no harm in trying chinese steak. Chinese steak recipe is the same with the other steak recipe, just the steak chinese added some vegetables. According to me how to cook it almost the same as any other cooking steak. Here is recipes and cooking methods chinese steak.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of beef (sukiyaki)
- 200 grams of bean sprouts out the roots
- 1 deseeded peppers, sliced lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon mirin (sweet sake / angciu / sherry)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce kikoman
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic mashed
Method:
- Combine the mirin, sugar, soy sauce Kikoman, and sesame oil, stir well.
- Heat oil in a skillet, saute onion until yellow.
- Enter the spice mixture to a boil.
- Enter the pages of meat, stir-fry until crispy.
- Put a little pepper powder, if you like the taste a bit spicy.
- After the meat cooked, immediately remove and put on a plate.
- Use the remaining oil in a skillet to saute sprouts quickly.
- Serve while still hot and cooked bean sprouts not true.
