Ingredients:
- 150 grams of dark chocolate
- 50 grams butter
- 3 eggs
- 35 grams sugar
Cooking Method:
- Melt 50 grams butter.
- Separate the egg yolk and egg white.
- Brown sliced roughly, using a serrated knife.
- Grease a mold with butter and cover with sugar.
- Melt the chocolate, put in microwave for approximately one minute, until melted, and remove before burning. Do not add water. Or you can melt it by using a pan with hot water, but do not use boiling water, chocolate must be melted to liquid.
- Mix with butter, then mix the egg yolk, set aside.
- Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff. Stir the chocolate mixture, flatten from the center to edge.
- Transfer the chocolate mixture into molds, being careful not up on the edge of the mold because it will cause the chocolate stick and burn. Fill up 3/4 full or close to the edge of the mold.
- Bake in 170-180 °Celsius heat for 7 to 8 minutes. The top and the inside should be like a sponge lightly.
