Cookies Pumpkin Cranberry with Cream Cheese Filling
There are so many variations of pumpkin cookies. This uses dried instead grapes dried and then received a creamy cream cheese and nuts for a delicious taste and the wonderful final result. Cheese cream and nuts pad can be omitted leaving a wet cookie without egg attractive for many people, including vegans. Cookies may be used as drop cookies or by you in a cookie cutter, slightly greased or with flour, holidays and other occasions.
Ingredients:
- 3 c brown sugar
- 3 c pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 c of oil
- 3 Tablespoons vanilla tea
- 6 c flour
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 Teaspoons baking powder teaspoon
- 1 1/2 Spoon salt coffee
- 1 1/2 Spoon cinnamon coffee
- 1 1/2 C teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 / 4 C to ginger tea
- 3 c cranberry
- 1 1/2 c nut
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and uncreased decline by spoon on a cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Immediately remove from pans and paper towels.
