Cookies Pumpkin Cranberry with Cream Cheese FillingThere are so many variations of pumpkin cookies. This uses dried instead grapes dried and then received a creamy cream cheese and nuts for a delicious taste and the wonderful final result. Cheese cream and nuts pad can be omitted leaving a wet cookie without egg attractive for many people, including vegans. Cookies may be used as drop cookies or by you in a cookie cutter, slightly greased or with flour, holidays and other occasions.

Ingredients:

  • 3 c brown sugar
  • 3 c pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 c of oil
  • 3 Tablespoons vanilla tea
  • 6 c flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 Teaspoons baking powder teaspoon
  • 1 1/2 Spoon salt coffee
  • 1 1/2 Spoon cinnamon coffee
  • 1 1/2 C teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 / 4 C to ginger tea
  • 3 c cranberry
  • 1 1/2 c nut

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and uncreased decline by spoon on a cookie sheet.
