Dark Chocolate Truffles Recipes
Dark chocolate is one of my passions, and that the reason why did not I prepare very often these truffles to which I am unable to resist. With simple ingredients and very little time in the kitchen, you can do the delights of many. It is a nice touch to accompany a coffee with friends, gift wrapped in colored papers or good to set aside in the refrigerator and give you a treat in the afternoon. I’ve tried to make them in different ways, this is one of them, and they will come more.
Ingredients:
- 200 gr. dark chocolate (60-70%)
- 100 ml. of cream liquid (35% fat)
- 100 gr. of butter
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 spoonful of liqueur
- Cocoa powder
- Chocolate vermicelli
- Role of colored cellophane (optional)
Method:
- We sliced chocolate, as introductions in a saucepan or pot and bring to the microwave to melt. Once melted, add the butter and sugar and mix.
- Add the cream liquid and liquor and mix well. Let chill the dough in the fridge until it harden (usually leave from one day to another).
- We remove the mixture from the refrigerator and we will continue to shape the balls with their hands.
- We had the balls by cocoa, or by chocolate vermicelli, and reserve in the fridge. Cold once you can wrap them in colored cellophane paper.
