Eggs Stuffed with Mustard Recipes
Stuffed eggs are an inlet relieved by how easy it is to cook them, and because like most of the world. This is a way to fill them, using own yolk cooking the egg, mustard and mayonnaise mainly. We can accompany a bed of lettuce; either serves them alone and decorates with a few sprigs of chives.
Ingredients:
- large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon butter at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Salt and ground black pepper
Method:
- Introducing the eggs in a pot and covered with water. Cook 10 minutes as the water begins to boil and spent the time let them cool. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl with mayonnaise, butter, mustard and cayenne pepper until smooth. Mix with a food processor. List once the mix add the chopped chive and flour, mixed with a teaspoon.
Fill with mix the eggs with a spoon or with a sleeve or similar, and serve.
