Fruit Sandwich Recipe

Sandwich fruits are highly recommended food to be consumed for the vegetarians, or for people who are running the program on a diet. Sandwich content of fruit can be eaten at breakfast or lunch at the office brought in for. Here is a recipe of sandwiches that contain fruit.

Ingredients :

  • A tiger fruit bread / French bread, sliced crosswise 1 cm
  • 150 ml cream cheese
  • 100 grams tinned pineapple, chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons bottled mayonnaise
  • 1 can of Mandarin oranges, drained.
  • 6 lettuce leaves

Method:

  1. Bake bread slices briefly in a hot oven. Lift.
  2. Brush 1 side with cream cheese.
  3. Mix pineapple through mayonnaise until blended.
  4. Put a lettuce leaf on a piece of bread that had been smeared cream cheese, Mandarin oranges give. Do pile as thick as desired.
  5. Serve.
