Goat Cheese and Mushroom Salad Recipes
Salads have become indispensable as soon as the warm weather arrives at home. Cold, temperate, of stuff, there many ways to prepare them depending on what we like. Today’s goat cheese, mushrooms and walnuts is one of my favorites to enjoy from time to time.
Ingredients:
- 300 gr lettuce
- 4 eggs
- 200 gr. of mushrooms
- 4 slices of goat’s cheese
- 100 gr. of walnuts
- 100 gr. of grated bread
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- We introduce eggs in water and cook them for 10 minutes after the water begins to boil. Let cool, then Peel and cut.
- We well wash the lettuce, drain them and place in the background of a source.
- We put sugar, honey and a teaspoon of water in a saucepan. When the mixture takes color, we have pleads nuts and leave you caramelize about 8 minutes. Then let them cool on vellum.
- In a pan, we skip the mushrooms with a few droplets of oil by adding salt.
- We saute the goat cheese with bread crumbs on top in a pan with a little oil.
- Assemble salad with all ingredients and alienator with vinaigrette made with acute, vinegar of Modena, salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons of honey.
