Good Food For Men’s Health
Eating certain foods proven bad for health of men and women. Statistics show, diet relate to four of the 10 leading causes of death in men. Starting from cancer, heart disease, brain vascular disease, and diabetes. The following foods are good for men’s health.
Tomatoes
Tomatoes contain acids that increase the secretion of gastric acid and help digest protein and other nutrients.
Soybean
Contains Phyto-estrogen which is known efficacious for women’s health, but also good for men.
Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds are good sources of vitamin E, which can help slow the aging process.
Carrots
Efficacious enhance immune response and prevent free radicals that damage cells, and contain vitamin A.
Seafood
Increase libido, zinc in seafood good for sperm production.
Garlic.
