Guangzhou Cuisine
Guangzhou is the largest city in southern China which is the capital of Guangdong province. Guangzhou is located on the northern bank of the river pearls and a population of approximately 3 million inhabitants. Recipes this time adopting the name of Guangzhou, of course this dish is very popular for fans of Chinese food, this recipe called Guangzhou cuisine. Guangzhou cuisine is a mix of Sauteed Shrimp with three flavor.
Ingredients :
- 150 grams of medium sized shrimp as much as 9 pieces
- 1 salted egg
- 1 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 egg publishing (10 grams)
- 30 ml cooking oil
- 2 grams of flavor
- 2 grams of salt
- 3 grams of sugar
- 1 gram pepper
- 10 grams garlic
- 50 ml of chicken soup
- 2 ml sesame oil
- 3 ml of wine that is ripe
Method :
- Sauteed shrimp with three kinds of eggs
- Boiled shrimp after it drained then fried, then sauteed with garlic
- After that enter the shrimp and three kinds of eggs that have been boiled
- Then given flavor, salt, sugar, pepper and sesame oil and enough flour thickener.
- Serve.
