I would also like triangles puff pastry instead of the original version on multiple layers for a dinner party starter. A rumor, or as aperitif, it is a flat really satisfactory vegetarian.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack flaky thawed (18 pages)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chopped beautiful baby book mushroom
  • 3 slices of bread, diced
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms and pepper, and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Add ginger, pieces of bread, Red Curry and almond paste and mix gently. Add almond milk and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Put aside.

Preheat oven to 375 °. Roll out puff pastry sheets and the creation of a counter is clean and dry. 1 flat sheet and brush with olive oil.
