Lasagna Recipe
Everyone must know the lasagna, and make it as food for the lunch hour. Even there also make lasagna as a main menu for dinner. Lasagna recipe that I will give is a very easy recipe, and how to cook it can be said is quite short. Nevertheless, the lasagna can also be used as menus for parties and celebrations. Ingredients:
- 225 grams of lasagna, then boiled with a little salt and olive oil
Ingredients meat batter:
- 250 grams of meat, chopped
- 300 grams tomatoes, chopped
- 75 grams tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- Oregano, basil, salt, sugar, pepper to taste
- Margarine for frying batter
White sauce ingredients:
- 25 grams margarine
- 25 grams of wheat flour
- 250 cc of milk
- 75 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt, pepper, grated nutmeg to taste
Method:
- Meat batter: saute garlic and onion with margarine until wilt, enter mince, stirring.
- Enter the tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook until thickened, set aside
- Batter white sauce: melt butter, put flour, milk little by little while stirring so that dough is smooth.
- Insert the cheese, salt, pepper, grated nutmeg. Stir well, until thickened, set aside.
- Arrange in a heat resistant container who has been smeared margarine: 1 / 3 of lasagna, half the meat mixture, 1 / 3 of white sauce.
- Repeat again, the last layer is the lasagna, white sauce and grated cheese.
- Bake until done ±45 minutes
