LoaHoa Meatball Recipe

Ingredients:
- 15 grams of dried shrimp, brewed and mashed

Ingredients Mayonnaise:
- 1 Liter chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 cm ginger, puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Supplementary Ingredients:
- The leaves of celery, thinly sliced
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- Tomato sauce / chilli
Method:
- Prepare a pot of water, bring to a boil.
- Mix dried shrimp, minced chicken, flour, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic fries.
- Enter the carrots, mushrooms and vermicelli. Stir well.
- Get hold of the dough using two spoons, then boiled in a pot of boiling water until floating.
- Make the sauce, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
