Ingredients:
Bottom layer:
- 10 egg yolks
- 150 grams of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extracts
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 375 cc of sweetened condensed milk
Upper layer:
- 10 grains of egg white
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon raisins
Method:
- Bottom layer: Beat egg yolks, sugar, 1/2 recipe of salt, and vanilla until white, then mix the sweetened condensed milk and flour, stir well.
- Pour in baking pan (20 cm x 20 cm) which had been smeared with margarine, then bake in the oven (180 degrees Celsius, 25 minutes) until thickened and almost cooked.
- Upper layer: beat the egg whites, sugar, 1/2 recipe of salt, and cream of tartar until the ride, stiff, and white.
- Pour the batter into the bottom layer which is still half done, sprinkle with raisins, then baked again until completely cooked through and browned.
