Milkshake of Strawberry, Banana and Melon Recipes
Fruit smoothies, prepared based on pieces and fruit juices and traditionally mixed with dairy products and ice or ice cream, are a drink which summer like children and adults. Strawberry, banana and melon are the fruits that we serve today as ingredients. The melon and refreshing due to its high content in water has a high percentage of minerals and vitamins A, B and C, bananas turn provide us potassium, carbohydrates and fiber and finally the strawberries with diuretic properties provide us vitamin C. The result to mix with yogurt and milk is a rich, creamy milkshake as food and candy.
Ingredients:
- 2 small bananas
- 120 Gr. strawberries
- 2 slices of melon
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 skimmed yogurt
- 1 leaf of mint or Mint for garnish (optional)
Method:
- Cut the banana and melon pieces and clean the strawberries (reserve two for garnish), remove the leaves.
- Pour all ingredients in a blender mix where well to achieve our milkshake.
- We serve chilled, adorning the glass with a strawberry in the singing and a leaf of mint in the milkshake.
