- 400 grams boneless lamb

- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, if liked
Cooking Method:
- Thinly sliced lamb meat, then cut into short ribbons. Mix meat with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil and cornstarch. Mix evenly and let stand 2 hours.
- Cut the onion from top to bottom. Describe each slice.
- Heat oil, saute the onions for a minute. Lift. Saute 1-2 minutes until cooked meat.
- Place the onions on a plate, put the meat on top or mix meat and onions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
