Nachos with Guacamole Salsa RecipesWhat I like to eat me some nachos, is certainly the variety of sauces that can go with. Ingredients:

  • Nachos
  • 3 medium avocados

  • Cilantro (optional)

Method:

  3. We start the avocado cut around the bone and separating the two halves. Peel and cut the flesh into small pieces and so add to the bowl, mixing well with the rest of ingredients. Blend the mixture until that it reaches the consistency you want, or crushed slightly with a fork.
  4. Finally we add a drizzle of olive oil, very little, and let rest in the fridge at least half an hour before serving with the nachos.
