A refreshing and nutritious drink that we normally reserve for the summer and heat times. Tropical fruits such as the ripe mango with a rather sweet flavor, and pineapple, can be a good combination both flavor and color, but not the only one. In summer we have a wide variety of fruit in the market that we can play to combine according to our taste. Refresh us, it is a different way of eating fruit and receive the nutrients and vitamins that they bring us.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 2 natural yogurt
  • Apple juice
  • Crushed ice

Method:

 

  1. Peel the mango and sliced it, like the slices of pineapple
  2. We introduce the fruit sliced with yogurt, a splash of Apple juice and ice chopped in the blender and in a few minutes we will have done milkshake.

Mushrooms and Vegetables Soup RecipesMushrooms are one of the fungi used in our kitchens in every day; they are in any establishment or market and furthermore are lighter, cheaper. If we add also some chopped vegetables and a previously prepared chicken broth, we have a soup prepared in 50 minutes and without any difficulty. Many that are now that we have the summer over, they tend to dispense with the hot dishes, but such good soup with vegetables and mushrooms, is always a good starter to be considered to sing the body.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 medium sized onions
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • 450 of mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup of cream liquid
  • Dry thyme
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Method:

 

  1. Chop the onions, carrots and garlic
  2. In a casserole we heat the oil and butter. Add the onions and carrots and soften or Cook fire slow until they begin to acquire the onion a golden color and the carrot softens.
  3. Add the mushrooms (cut in 4 or half according to size) and Cook, stirring, until the mushrooms (which purchasable water) begin to Brown at the edges, then add the diced Garlic and cook 1 minute more. Add the flour and cook 2 minutes with the remaining ingredients, stirring (it will be a mass).

The first orange-red color is very aromatic, and the sauce is very juicy and sweet and acid point. You can experiment with other types of Apple, bearing in mind that the more tasty and best point are, better results you obtain in the sauce. Ingredients:

Ingredients:
Mass
