Pancake Recipe

You must be familiar with the pancakes, most of the pancakes as you consume your breakfast menu. I want to share  pancake recipe, to you who do not know the recipe and how to cook pancakes. Here is the recipe and how to cook pancakes.

Ingredients:

  • 225 grams self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 25 grams caster sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml of liquid milk
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter dilumerkan, let it cool
  • Vegetable oil for greasing the face omelet

Complement:

  • Maple syrup
  • Honey
  • Butter according to taste
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Powdered sugar

Method:

  1. Mix thoroughly the flour, baking powder, caster sugar, and salt
  2. Beat eggs and milk. Enter liquid margarine, stir
  3. Pour batter number two of this to the flour mixture gradually, while stirring until evenly
  4. Heat the pan with diameter 15 cm, reaching with vegetable oil, pour a spoonful after spoonful of batter. Dough thickness of about ½ cm. Wait until the bottom is dry, then turn and cook until cooked
  5. Do it until the batter is out

Prepare cake while warm daubed complementary to taste
