Perkedel

Perkedel or if we interpret into English is a potato cake. Indonesian cuisine has become one of the foods that are often served with rice or can also become a favorite snack. Perkedel usually contain meat and potatoes, but if you want to avoid the fat content of perkedel can be replaced with just potatoes.

Ingredients :

  • 600 grams of potatoes fried and crushed
  • 100 grams ground beef sauteed briefly
  • 2 tablespoons fried onions
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1 pack ready-made curry seasoning
  • Oil for frying

Dyeing ingredients :

  • 4 egg white grains
  • 100 grams of coarse bread crumbs

Method :

  1. Stir all ingredients perkedel
  2. A round flat shape, dip into egg whites. Roll in coarse bread crumbs
  3. Fry perkedel until cooked
