Pineapple Fried Rice Recipe
Pineapple fried rice is authentic Chinese food. Cooking recipes wanted to share this recipe because of its uniqueness. The uniqueness of this dish is the pineapple fried rice is added. Pineapple fried rice could be a meal for lunch or your dinner. Spicy sour taste produced from these foods will increase your appetite. Here is the recipe and how to cook the pineapple fried rice.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of white rice
- 200 grams of peeled shrimp, leaving tails
- 150 grams chicken, diced
- 100 grams of fresh pineapple, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 1 red chili, seeded, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 5 chili pepper, chopped if desired
- 2 tablespoons fried shallots
Cooking Method:
- Stir well shrimp, chicken, soy sauce, pepper powder and salt. Let it soak for a moment for seasoning
- Heat margarine and oil, saute garlic until wilted. Enter the green onion, chili sauce and spiced prawns. Stir until cooked.
- Add rice, chopped pineapple and red pepper. Stir well. Enter the fried onion, stir and remove from heat.
- Serve immediately
