Salmon with Honey Recipes
Salmon is a blue or fatty fish with high content of protein and fatty acids omega-3 and very tasty. Although normally I usually Cook on the grill, perhaps for convenience, from time to time I do not refuse to cook it accompanied by onion poached and a sauce made from balsamic vinegar and honey. An easy way to give it a different touch to a planted uncomplicated and fast.
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- 40 – 50 ml. of honey
- 40 – 50 ml. of balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt, pepper
- Parsley (optional)
Method:
- In a frying pan we heat 1 tablespoon of oil and poached Onion diced or rings to simmer until that it acquires a transparent tone.
- When east almost ready, add the spiced salmon fillets and cook 3-4 minutes per side (depending on its thickness).
- Mix the vinegar, chopped garlic and honey in a bowl and pour the mixture over the salmon.
- Leave to reduce about 4-5 minutes, turn off the fire and serve at the moment with a sprig of parsley.
