Sausage and Asparagus Quiche RecipesA quiche is a type of salty pie made with a preparation of eggs and cream, mixed with vegetables or meat products, and to fill a pastry mold. Ingredients:
For the pastry

For the filling

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 ml. milk
  • 60 ml. liquid cream
  • 100 gr. of sausage
  • 7-8 asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 150 Gr. of Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Development of the pastry:

  1. We put flour on a clean surface forming a me, make a hole in the Center and add the butter cut into squares, the egg, oregano, pepper and salt.
  2. Mix and knead the ingredients that we have just introduced. We will gradually carrying flour to the Center, knead until dough with granulated texture. So the mass league, add water and mix well. We work the dough until it is smooth and glossy and then form a ball.
