Sausage Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
- 750 g puff pastry dough base
- 20 pieces (450 g) beef sausage
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
The mustard sauce ingredients, mix well:
- 2 tablespoons bottled pasta mustard
- Half teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon bottled chili sauce
Method:
- Roll the puff pastry dough base measuring 20 x 30 x 0.3 cm. Cut into pieces 1 x 30 cm.
- Wrap each sausage with each sheet of puff pastry dough to a closed meeting.
- Brush with the egg yolks until blended.
- Place the sausage rolls on a flat baking sheet, cover with plastic. Let stand for 45 minutes. Open the plastic lid.
- Bake in hot oven temperature to 180 ° C for 15 minutes until cooked. Lift.
