As we know Hokkien noodles is one of the favorite foods originating from China. Foods like fried noodles can be said is a snack food, but some people make this dish as a main meal. Just like any other fried noodles, recipes and how to cook Hokkien noodles are very easy and not too long. It tastes sweet and salty flavors add someone in order to eat it. Here is the recipe and how to cook Hokkien noodles, good luck.

Ingredients :

  • 4 eggs separated.
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 300 grams prawns, shelled, cut back.
  • 200 grams chicken, cut into long thin.
  • 2 pieces beef sausage, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 100 ml broth
  • 500 grams of wet noodles, pour boiling hot water, drained.
  • 150 grams of bean sprouts
  • 3 stalks Garlic chives, sliced 1 cm.
  • 2 pieces of red chili, sliced thin oblique
  • Cooking oil.

Method :

  1. Heat the cooking oil, enter the egg, make scrambled until cooked and dry, set aside.
