Soto Jakarta Recipe

- 3 tablespoons fried shallots
Chili stew:
- 10 cayenne
- 4 pieces chili
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 100 cc of boiled water
- Boil the water, tie the two ends of the intestine with a rope, boil all the parts in cattle and beef until tender, lift, cut into dice-shaped, and enter back into the soup broth.
- Puree onion, garlic, pepper, ginger, and salt and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Enter the bay leaves, Galahad, and lemongrass, stir, then pour into the soup broth was, stir, and cook until boiling.
- Enter the coconut milk while stirring, stir, and cook until fully cooked.
- Put tomatoes in a bowl, pour the soup, then sprinkle top with green onions, celery, onion and fries.
