Spaghetti with Lemon and Parmesan Cheese RecipesLittle more than 15 minutes is what we will need to have this spaghetti with lemon and Parmesan cheese on the table, and very few use kitchen pots, all advantages! I like to add Basil for its aroma, but you can try Mint, lettuce, rocket, spinach.

Ingredients:

  • 160 Gr. spaghetti
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil of forgets extra virgin
  • 2 lemons
  • 60 ml. cream liquid 35 %
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • A bunch of fresh basil to accompany

Method:

  1. Cook the spaghetti in abundant salt water 8-10 minutes, according to recommendation of the manufacturer and our own taste.
  2. Meanwhile, we grate one of lemons to squeeze then both and reserved juice.
  3. Once cooked the spaghetti, we drain and reserve 300 ml. of water used.
  4. We heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a casserole, and warm once we add liquid cream, lemon zest and half of the cooking water of pasta we had reserved. We cook a few minutes at high heat and add the spaghetti mixing everything. Add the juice of lemon and Parmesan cheese to taste and remove. If we saw that it is very thick for our taste, would suffice to add a little cooking water we had reserved.
  5. Finally, we flour to taste and add Basil as an accompaniment. We serve with a dash of extra virgin olive oil on top.
