Spicy Tortilla Soup Recipes

Ingredients :
- 1 large onion, chopped
- vegetable oil
- 4 corn tortillas, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro or parsley
- 2 10 ¾-ounce cans tomato paste
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 / 8 teaspoon paprika
- 3 corn tortillas
- 2 halves sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese approval
Method :
