Spring Roll RecipesIngredients:

  • 1/4 Lb. grilled meats.
  • 3 black dried mushrooms
  • The seeds 1/2 cup Mung
  • Carrots 1/2 medium
  • Cut pepper 2 tbsp
  • 2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • A few drops of flavored sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons oil or the need
  • 12 Spring roll wrapper
  • 1 egg beaten easily or mixed with corn flour 2 tbsp water 1 tablespoon
  • Oil 3 cups for poaching or on-demand

Method:

  1. Cut the meat into strips very thin. Soften black dried mushrooms by soaking in warm water for 20-30 minutes. Click all excess water and chop finely.
  2. Rinse and drain the mung bean sprouts. Peel the carrot. Shredding 1/4 cup.
  3. In a small bowl of oysters, dark sauce of chicken broth, granulated sugar and sesame oil soy sauce mix. Incidentally.
