Strawberry Fluff Recipes
Next come a healthy recipe for children, which is rich in vitamin c. Note that this vitamin for children is really essential; and the beautiful thing about it is that there is this vitamin in a variety of fruits and vegetables. A good advantage of vitamin c is an oxygen based powerful agent will act as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, which certainly avoid damaging cells.
And merely a source of vitamin c found in various fruits and vegetables, delicious, especially if it can be added with pretty colors and textures are always attractive to children in good health. Ingredients:
- 4 ounces fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 large cup cool whip
- ΒΌ cup sugar
- 1 package color marshmallows
Method:
- Reduce strawberries
- Then mix with the cool whip
- Add sugar
- Well mix
- Make sure the packet mix marshmallows, 1/2-3/4
- Finally cool everything first before serving.
