Vegetarian Cooking Recipes
The purchase of delicious vegetarian recipes can sometimes be a challenge. Many people think that vegetarians and without mild flavor. In this case, I have three delicious recipes prove otherwise. I like the following recipe, sweet corn is very tasty and delicious! It ‘s another example of a very tasty vegetarian recipe. inexperienced cooks know that the care in making the white sauce (bechamel), but follow the instructions and you will not notice. You can use a guy now, but you must remember to adjust the salt. I do not recommend. Try the sauce is really easy and some parts are not visible in the finished product.

Ingredients:
2 cups sweet corn

Ingredients:
* 1 ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
* 4 eggs
* ¼ cup butter
* ¼ cup flour
* ½ cup of corn flakes
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 2 cups milk
* 1 ½ SD. canned asparagus pieces
* ¼ cup water asparagus
* A pinch of cayenne pepper
Method:
1. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, milk and asparagus. (See the recipe for cheese, cooking methods for beginners)
2. Place asparagus pieces, cheese and eggs in layers in a bowl greased with oil and pour the white sauce on top.
3. Top of corn flakes (rolled thin and mixed with butter) and cook for 30 minutes at 350 ° C.
I think these three recipes is a good example of vegetarian recipes, delicious and easy.

Classic Orange Smoothie RECIPES
1 cup orange juice
1 banana
2 ice cubes or
½ cup crushed ice
½ cup vanilla yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a
blender, and blend on high until
smooth and creamy. Adjust
flavors or thickness if needed.
Makes 2 servings.
Note: Be creative and use a
variety of ingredients. Try adding
apple juice instead of orange or
cherry yogurt instead of vanilla.

3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups of pumpkin
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of corn syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
With mixer or blender, mix above ingredients. Pour into prepared pie crusts
and bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes. Makes two pies.

1/4 cup green onions or shallots, sliced
2 Tablespoons diced green pepper
3/4 cup fat−free half−and−half
4 slices Smart Beat fat−free cheese, cut in pieces
1 can (10 oz.) potato soup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 − 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp (tails removed)
Spray a large, nonstick skillet with spray oil. Saute onion and
pepper over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Add soup
and half−and−half; heat slowly, stirring frequently. Bring to a
gentle boil; add cheese pieces, lemon juice, spices and shrimp.
Heat completely through, about 3 to 4 minutes. Serve hot over rice.
