Time Beef RecipesHere is three recipes with fully cooked roast beef, steak or ground beef. The remaining ingredients are simple and usually obvious.

Toothed cow

  • 2 cups chopped roast, steak or beef, fully cooked
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes, drained
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup beef gravy or sauce, or the remaining sauce from the roast (If more than one cup, if necessary).
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs or croutons
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preheat oven to 350 °C.
Method :

  1. In a baking dish, is layers of meat and tomatoes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper layer and cover with a thin layer of sauce.
  3. Continue layering meat, tomatoes, salt, pepper and sauce to the last.
  4. Cover top with bread crumbs or croutons. Dot some butter over crumbs.

Bake at 350 °C for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Baked Hash

  • 2 cups chopped roast, steak or beef, fully cooked
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups cold, cooked potatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Spices to taste

Preheat oven to 350 °C, stitching pan.
Method :

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter in a meat broth.
  2. Add ground beef and potatoes, mix broth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  5. Heated for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until browned and well.

Hash Cream on Toast

  • 2 cups chopped roast, steak or beef, fully cooked
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 cup cream sauce, recipe below

Method :

  1. Combine meat, spices and cream in a large pot.
  2. Cook over low to medium heat until cooked.
  3. Serve over slices of toast for dinner simple.

Cream Sauce Recipes

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch black pepper

Method :

  1. Melt butter in a pan, being careful not to brown.
  2. Add flour until smooth.
  3. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until it boils.
  4. Season and use at once with cream recipe hash.
