Yoghurt Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml yoghurt
  • 100 grams of canned black cherries
  • 150 grams of granulated sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams butter, melted

Method:

  1. Blend yogurt with black cherries. Set aside.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add flour that has been sifted with baking powder, mix well.
  4. Pour melted butter, stir again.
  5. Pour batter into greased 20 cm that had been covered with paper and basting with margarine.
  6. Bake until cooked.
